Unemployment -The problem which is created?!

Hello readers

Hope you guys are doing fine.

So we wanted to talk about this never ending problem, called unemployment.

Let us first of all understand what it means, its simple when a person needs a job he doesn't find one, this may be due to various reasons.

If I take India as my area of survey, I can say that, due to slowness of the government to provide jobs, people suffer from unemployment, other reasons also exist, like the corrupt political environment where issues of the country are not at all discussed about. Also the of lack of proper promotions about a vacancy, which goes unnoticed and at the end of the day remains a vacancy.

Actually there is nothin called as unemployment, its just a problem created by us or the society, because they're  so many jobs out there, and lot of aspirations, but due to gap between the two systems people fail to get jobs.

India is the most populated country in the world, that means it is super rich in man power, yet facing severe problems of unemployment.

In India there is tremendous shortage of human resources in the police depatment, forest department, shortage of human resources in corporations / municipality  (cleaning of roads) and shortage of barbers, cobblers, drivers.

Out of 100% how many would  be literates? Say around 40% , so the remaining 60 % are not literates. Where are these people?

When 60% of the population are not literates they will have to work for their livelihoods, if all these were at work then India wouldn't have faced the problem of unemployment. Is this gap directly proportional to the increasing crime rate?

That's an interesting way to  think, the people who don't get jobs, tend to follow some paths, which is not considered ethical.

Let's aim to start a wave to get people employed and we are sure this is possible.

Living with hope

Tejus and Harish.
