End corruption!

Hello readers.

Hope you all are doing great.

Be yourself; everyone else is already taken.”
― Oscar Wilde

There has been a lot of talking about corruption in India. Wherein, no file will be moved forward without this infamously well  known word called 'bribe'. So what impact does it have on the progress of the country?

This is an issue in India which is been prevailing from a very long time. There is a common saying that the entire system in India is completely submerged in corruption. Yes, this is the fact that everybody accepts. But how can a country like India which is rich in its values, beliefs and culture take a drastic drift toward the unwanted.

Who should be blamed for this? The politicians, bureaucrats, industrialists, businessmen or the common people. The answer is all of the above.

Corruption is a fraudulent conduct by those in power. This spells out that a person who is very powerful abuses the power and heads to acquire everything.
Why is it like this? It is because the people are not given proper education and awareness. Money has become the only thing which is valued more than a human life. When people are not aware of what is legal and what is not, things cannot be put back on track.

Getting the job done, either by hook or crook is what the attitude is prevailing in these days. When an individual develops this kind of an attitude it is disastrous. This has resulted in  various forms or types of corruption such as bribery, fudging, manipulation, falsification and so on. A person becomes desperate for getting the jobs done and at the other side is also a sign of desperation of acceptance which leads to all types of corruption.

These types of corruption is directly proportional to the greediness of an individual. When the wants and needs are not at  all satisfying an individual, he tends to involve himself in these kinds of acts. The other reason could be of pressure. A person at the power orders his subordinates to yield for something which is not ethical. The subordinate has to accept the order, or else he would be threatened to death.

This will have an negative impact on the progress of the country. For the progression to happen, India today needs people who value a life more than money.

Now if we take a  discussion on bribery or people giving bribes and taking bribes ,for this tie frame or the tie line ,we must go back to the pre independence days ,when the first of the zamindars and the the kings of small colonies sated accepting bribes from the governour generals ,for giving our soil to them fro trading  and many other uses, this habit was very young at that stage ,but was allowed to grow so fast that now it has become a immortal monster.

the simple point is that if we have to end corruption the change has to come from within ,not from politicians who say that they have all the black money accounts in their finger tips and they would never want to reveal it.

We think the corruption in real estate and other government related procedures can be reduced if the  processes get standardized, and we feel it is possible only if the lawmakers don't become law breakers and also the people ,will have to take that  sincere  responsibility to pay that ticket ,when they get caught for over speeding or any other traffic violation. These are the small steps with which we can start and it will end up as a good snowball effect and erase this monster forever.

Indian Police Force.

Hello readers

Hope you all are doing great.

Being honest never hurts anyone, being a liar only hurts you!

Today we want to talk about our country's most condemned and most talked department. The police department.

In this blog we are not only talking about the IPS cadre but also the department as a whole.

Lets put ourselves in this situation.

Imagine a day with all of the police stations being shut, at the same time  there is a crime that takes place. What would we,as common people think at that moment? Definitely we rush to the police station, but it's been shut. This results in a catastrophe.

So you cannot just even imagine one day ,without the police. Have you ever seen a police station being closed on a festival or any other occasion. The answer is a big no. The police, especially who are working at the lower order of the hierarchy of the department toil day and night to see to it that, the citizens  are given the maximum security.

Any problem in the locality. A policeman would be called. They would have literally sacrificed everything to work for the society. Why are they not given the due respect? The pressure under which they work with is just too hard to digest.

No doubt that it's their duty and responsibility to ensure law and order and protect the interests of the people and fight against the anti-social elements. But at least once, think that they are also human beings with  flesh and bone. Just because their prime duty is maintaining law and order and solving civic problems, it doesn't mean that they don't deserve any respect.

Their working environment is always like a hot pan. Always under pressure and tension. They always have to depend on the politicians for everything. Have to abide by the orders from the higher do called authorities ,or heads  If good and deserving officers were given independent powers with minimal control, the scenario would have been definitely different.

As common people it shall be our duty to cooperate with the police for better governance. A tribute should be paid to each and every policeman.

On the other hand we know that there will be some loopholes and bad elements on all the departments irrespective being an government undertaking or a private undertaking.

We have also heard so many citizens complaining on the bad behaviour of police when they went to lodge a complaint ,the concerns are endless,do we know the reason for their behaviour?we dont ,because we consider them as a force, and shield not as humans ,they have their own pressure ,in this hostile environment and demography of India, and their jobs may not be as motivated as guy who ,gets paid heavily sitting under a cool A.C in a MNC do they have all the like motivational factors like leadership,work-life balance and remuneration in their jobs are they in sync with the current standard of living.

Another essential factor is about the arms and ammunitions provided, especially for the personnel in the lower hierarchy, are they enough to defend themselves and protect the common man?

The questions are endless ,and the answers are actually sad, imagine their personal life, the pressures and nervousness on a police personnel's spouse, parents or children!

So we cannot blame and generalise each time when we see the news ,about criminal activity and ,that the criminals got away ,and say the police are useless.

When we sit in a room with all the curtains closed there will be lot activity outside the curtain, which we wouldn't notice, hence lets open the curtains of our mind and start seeing this world in a matured way and start respecting these protectors of the modern times.

There is an improvement required from both sides lets see to that we will move the dice first and next we should ask the government to do it.

Thanks for your time.

Poor creatures

Hi readers

Hope you guys are doing fine ,today we want to talk about the ugly turn this world taking ,to that road with no mercy.

Do we really know the meaning of what humanity is? Have we ever cared about the stray animals on the streets that wander around.

When a person has met with an accident, we all immediately rush and call an ambulance. If the same thing happens to any dog or any other animal in the street, do we really care?

Is humanity only caring about humans? If yes then what mistake have those poor creatures have made in venturing into this world. It is the creation of God isn't it?

Life is precious for each and every living being in this world and has an equal right live too.
There are numerous hospitals for our problems. But there are only handful of them for animals. An animal which has met with an accident should be rushed to a hospital. Even if we are willing to, where are the necessary resources? Are there enough veterinary hospitals for the animals.

.
It should be our duty and responsibility to even care about the stray animals. A separate place should be given to them. Then there will be chances for Less mishaps.

In India as we all know due to the problem of overpopulation ,we lack proper clinical facilities for humans,so we imagine, what standard would be the facilities for animals, there is a serious need to change this ,and give animals equal importance and that that life as we treat a human life.

We see the irresponsibility shown by the class of people who buy cows for selling its milk and make a living out of it,but leave their animals to wander on roads freely, also eating garbage which is very much unfortunate and also hazards for the cow as well the consumer of that milk.

For all the people who think that man is a superior being and this universe or God who created him alone to survive, you are wrong all creatures born have their own right to live, what differs them from us ,is the intellect ,but still they have their own intellect which is helping them to surviving.

Try and respect each and every living being in this world. It shall be our duty and responsibility to conserve them too.

By the people,For the people, Of the people.

Hello readers
Hope you had a good week, today we to want talk about this all important topic, which can solve many problems we are facing in our day to day life.

In India problems seem to be never ending. Finding out the root cause of the problem it self is a very tough job.

You might be wondering as to why we have started the write up in this fashion.
Yes because, none of us are aware of our basic rights and duties.

Sometimes we all behave naive, the reason is seriously unknown.

This has been proved right in many cases. For example just imagine there was an accident and we witnessed it half the time, we just walk away from the scene and without helping that poor soul.

The above example was our duty, now coming to tube rights part which we are totally unaware of ,starting from the facilities provided by the government to us, till the leaders who are leading the government.

We lead many civic problems, like petty thefts, lack of proper street lights, lack of proper Storm water drain system, why should a project like, the inter-connection of drains take ages, why should it happen every year.

Are these not genuine questions? Of course they are but, once we vote we do not want go back and ask that leader these questions.

We know some of you would say, its rule of the land, and it cannot be changed, but that's a very comprehensive answer we would not agree to.

We have to change the trend and start asking these questions we are supposed to ask. Come on lets, change the trend.

Thanks for your time have a great weekend ahead.

Education systems.

Hello readers

We are back with yet another topic of discussion, actually one of the most discussed topic around the world and still an issue in many countries around the world.

We would like to discuss about education and education systems around the world and in specific comparison of all other education system when compared to India.

The object of education is to prepare the young to educate themselves throughout their lives, says Robert Maynard Hutchins ,an American educator and philosopher.

We have heard many thoughts about education, like this one:education is the one which helps when we have forgotten what we have learnt!

Also, school is not the preparation for life, school is life, and so on.

We do understand that education is a very important step in the life of an individual in these modern times.

If we talk about some education systems followed around the world, places like the United States,Canada ,Germany,London we see one thing in common in all the places that is ,they are very much standardised and also rated the best universities in the world ,and it is recorded that U.S is now has the biggest number of immigrants in the world ,for pursuing their higher studies.

None the less even Canadian schools and the German educational institutions are known for their discipline and creating successful individuals in all the disciplines of education .

Now lets talk about Indian Education System ,it is actually unfortunate that the land where it was known for the best intellects in the world ,and where great ancient scientists like Aryabhatta, Bhaskara, and the great biologist like Charaka, is now facing a problem at the grass root level.

Each and every child has the right to get a quality education. Especially in our country majority of them are rural based. The rural children will be hungry for education. Their parents must be given awareness at first to encourage their children.

The problem begins here, where the children's are ready to learn but there are no people to teach or no proper educational setup or infrastructure. The Govt school's in remote parts of India are in a very pathetic condition where there are no basic facilities provided. They don't ask for air conditioned class rooms with sophisticated technology but the need is just the basic facilities.

Teacher, the most divine position given in the Indian culture. But in today's world it's taking a different shape. To educate the children the teachers must be well versed about the subject. In Govt schools this is a big problem. Where there is no quality in teaching barring a few. And in some cases majority of them are visiting faculties where no proper attention is given to the children.

Why cant we Standardise education like the other nations, why cant the taxpayers money be spent in education and give free education like the US until 12th standard ,which they call 'Graduation'and later the student be allowed to take up his choice of education his field ,and taste and become a successful individual.?

Our education system needs to improve in many ways for example, why cant there be single syllabus ,to all indians irrespective of their states? as we know that the CBSE or the Central Board of Secondary Education is ,considered as a successful education model here, and we have personally seen our own friends and neighbours do better in life and understand concepts better, than the students who studied in state board.

There is also a need to update the syllabus and the maturity of the books given to students, when we were pursing  our graduation  we have experienced the gap in education ,and the faces the bizarre storm of the latest updation that happened when we hit corporate.

Why should out IITs and IIMs' branded as the best educational institutions in India ,why not the other institutions give the same standard as they give tin these esteemed institutions.?

Education from the age of 10 till the age of 16 shapes an individual and determines what he will become in future!

The another concern is that we should not divide the students with their IQ ,I know most of you wont agree with us ,but i am sure the students will agree ,because just take an example a person wants to become a doctor, and his aptitude in mathematics is low ,but he brilliant in biology, its very unfair if he has to study mathematics to pursue a degree to become a doctor.

The grievances are actually endless ,the simple solution is do a research ,ask good educational scientists and adopt the most successful models in the world  so  that India becomes more matured and the education given to the children here ,should be the best to be more successful.

Aggressive measures have to be taken to improve the conditions of the Govt schools. Corporates must come forward and join hands with the Govt to provide good conditions. We agree that doing is difficult than talking. But if that is case when do the conditions would improve?

Education is not only about books. It is something which is beyond that. Being a graduate shows that you are only a literate. There is a significant difference between a literate and an educated. Our country needs educates and not meet literates.

Before ending we would also like the Govt of India to take good and strict steps to condemn the opening of fake and useless institutions who are just money minded.

We would like to hear some suggestions from the readers about how to improve the quality of education in India. And also about giving awareness to the parents in rural areas. They have developed a fear, where if their children are given education they will not practice agriculture. Is this true?
