The Essence Of Travelling.

Hello readers
We would want to discuss about the essence of travelling.

We all love to travel to different places. The main purpose of most of them would be to have fun, enjoy and come back. But there's something which is beyond fun in travelling.

People want their complete journey to be very comfortable, and are even highly particular about their mode of transportation and stay. what this speaks about is the people concentrate only the end target and not on the way they travel.

Friends to get the real essence of travelling one must travel without planning. Always it would not work out but definitely sometimes will. What you all need is an open mind and hunger to explore and experience the uncertain.

To make it even more adventures travel in trains without any reservations,in general compartments. We know these thoughts look just like a fantastic adventure story or some junk which is on web ,but that is not case ,if we can do this ,we bring out our adventurous ,attitude which is hidden.

You will get a chance to interact with people who are from different cultures.

What we said earlier that travelling is beyond fun and enjoyment. It's about learning. You may ask as to what type of learning it is ? When travelling in an unplanned manner you will have to encounter numerous incidents which will give you the grit and zeal to solve it. This will make an individual stronger and confident.

Experience is priceless. So when ever you get a chance just walk out of your house without any plannning. Travel for the sake of travel.

We have to appreciate the British travellers for their exploration of the extremely remote parts of the world including Pacific Islands (South sea island )
example Fiji Islands.

So keep travelling,explore the unexplored.

We would like to end with a  beautiful thought.

I travel not to go anywhere, but to go. I travel for travel's sake. The great affair is to move.

The learning centres.

Hello readers

The world lives on, beliefs, traditions and cultures and we know that these factors, have also governed in shaping up our civilization.
Today we want to talk about temples of India, what is the first thing that's strikes when we talk about temples? The deity, that spiritual environment, the sculptures, the architecture and so on.
We feel temples were and are the learning centers, even if we think in the so called "modern "way and keep this force called God,divinity and spirituality aside, there must be a solid reason why these mega-structures were built!

Just look at these places, engineered perfectly, the architecture is magnificent, and every temple is a center for learning of subjects like mythology, the basic truths of life, collectively we can say the people who go and visit a temple are sure to come out happy, and educated and definitely motivated, after seeing the digital accuracy of the statues and carvings.
Now let's think with a  rational approach, imagine some 2000 years ago,a king used to wage wars, and acquire  kingdoms and its resources, and make huge investments in man, money and tools to build these huge mansions, which is almost impossible to build even with the latest technology available with us!?

What truly amazes is, that the productivity of the Kings who worked as professional managers in getting there projects completed, just think how much science and management may have been used ,some great monuments like the stone chariot at Vijayanagar, the time wheel at the sun temple orissa, the magnificent temples of Tamil Nadu, truly show the determination and the intelligence level of the ancient people.

Let's all appreciate the great work of all those noble men and start reading and visiting, temples which seriously is a learning center
.
There is a trend l in our country that there is less scope for arts, when compared to science. This thinking had led to demotivate  in students who want to persist their careers in arts, So there has to be a shift in the way of thinking towards arts.

We would like to conclude by expressing a concern about the Indian education system, which should teach more about the temples and monuments from the grass-root level and give more importance in the field of arts and help willing aspirations to get the best facilities, to understand our great cultures better.

The endless conflict.

Hello readers

India is home to diverse wildlife. It is the  8th biodiversity hot spot in the world.

The issue that we will be discussing in this blog is about human animal conflict.
So what is human animal conflict?

Human animal conflict is any interaction of  humans and wildlife  which causes harm, whether it's to the humans or animals or property.

There are people who are living inside the boundaries of a national park or a sanctuary even today. India is not amazon.

Let's take the example of BRT Tiger Reserve which is located in the district of Chamarajanagar in the state of Karnataka. The sanctuary comprises an area about 544sq kms and it is home to many wild animals.

It is also considered to be a holy place where Lord Biligiri Ranganatha is worshipped.. Apart from all these there are many tribal people living within the sanctuary in constant fear of wild animals.

Co existence between of humans and wildlife is not possible. It creates an environment where neither of them can live peacefully.

There are many attacks from the wild animals especially from elephants and sloth bears have been recorded, where results of it were fatal.

When there are people living inside the sanctuary, they have to do something for their living. So they cut down forests n turn it into agricultural lands. This triggers the wild animals and they attack to protect their territory.

Even in India's well known national parks and sanctuaries there are people living inside the boundaries in constant threat.

Forests are home to wild animals only and not for people. Aggressive steps gotta be taken and made sure that the people are evacuated from the forests and a way should be shown to them for a living.

Since Indias wildlife is at stake, measures should be taken to conserve it. For healthy population of wild animals, what all they need is freedom, space to breed and live.

This conflict should stop, because animals have the equal right to live like humans, there is nothing like superior beings, according to us.

Let's fight for those animals and make router lives also a better one like us.

Unemployment -The problem which is created?!

Hello readers

Hope you guys are doing fine.

So we wanted to talk about this never ending problem, called unemployment.

Let us first of all understand what it means, its simple when a person needs a job he doesn't find one, this may be due to various reasons.

If I take India as my area of survey, I can say that, due to slowness of the government to provide jobs, people suffer from unemployment, other reasons also exist, like the corrupt political environment where issues of the country are not at all discussed about. Also the of lack of proper promotions about a vacancy, which goes unnoticed and at the end of the day remains a vacancy.

Actually there is nothin called as unemployment, its just a problem created by us or the society, because they're  so many jobs out there, and lot of aspirations, but due to gap between the two systems people fail to get jobs.

India is the most populated country in the world, that means it is super rich in man power, yet facing severe problems of unemployment.

In India there is tremendous shortage of human resources in the police depatment, forest department, shortage of human resources in corporations / municipality  (cleaning of roads) and shortage of barbers, cobblers, drivers.

Out of 100% how many would  be literates? Say around 40% , so the remaining 60 % are not literates. Where are these people?

When 60% of the population are not literates they will have to work for their livelihoods, if all these were at work then India wouldn't have faced the problem of unemployment. Is this gap directly proportional to the increasing crime rate?

That's an interesting way to  think, the people who don't get jobs, tend to follow some paths, which is not considered ethical.

Let's aim to start a wave to get people employed and we are sure this is possible.

The "He" World?!

Hello readers

Happy new year to all, lets hope for a good year, which brings us happiness and satisfaction.

The topic of discussion today is, the age old problem in India, and many other places in the world.

It is always this question, which arises among  so called politicians and policy makers.

Are men greater than women? well we think the answer is no,I know some people would frown reading the last sentence, but let me convince you with a reasonable explanation.

If we think biologically regarding this,we can conclude that, definitely a women is capable of taking more stress than a man can take, this is proved during, pregnancy, where she bears pain more than, 6 del units.

If we take the modern scenario, in many ways, women work faster than men and in a smart way, even in education and, in the field of science and technology also they have reached heights.

For a country's development, especially countries like India, we have to consider the 'she world'.why not give certain powers to them and see how things turn around.

All these while it was just on papers. Time has come now to make significant changes.

The key here is battling with ego to win the war of discrimination.

They are pillars for some families, where there so called husbands' are drunkards or something worse, so the whole point,is there nothing, great to be a man or an women, what it matters is what you do for this world, that people will remember you forever.
