Decisions- Importance & Repercussions.

Hello readers

Hope you all are doing great.

Never cut a tree down in the wintertime. Never make a negative decision in the low time. Never make your most important decisions when you are in your worst moods. Wait. Be patient. The storm will pass. The spring will come.

 - Robert H. Schuller

Oh! Crap, I shouldn’t have done that, now how to get things back on track. We all would have done several mind talks like this after a hexed situation, isn’t it?

How important it is for one to handle a particular situation? One wrong move could be a costly loss for you. It is not possible for everyone to take right decisions at all given times.

If we compare the game of chess to our life we all understand the importance of decision making. It is very important in chess to move your pawns in the right direction which will eventually make you the winner, similarly it is very important to take right directions in life and win situations and move further.

From the medical point of view the decision making ability is located in the medieval cortex of brain, and the basic thinking algorithm that brain uses before taking a decision is, will the result of this decision be harmful to me? or the people around me if yes progress with the current decision if not find alternatives.

But still we have seen many people taking wrong decisions even though they know that it is wrong to follow that route for solving the problem.

So if we just try to catch up on the psychological aspect of this, it was found in a study which was conducted in Florida, that every time we take a wrong decision intentionally, please note that this word “intention” is very important as you are guided by your motive and intention.
So if the person’s motive, goal or intention is confused or not properly defined he will have the difficulty in taking decisions.

For instance, if we take the difference of opinion between a couple, the difference will trigger an argument and will end up in taking random decisions just to win that argument, at end of the day there will dissatisfaction and remorse between them and it will take time for them to get back to their usual lighter moods, therefore we should not take decisions in middle of an argument or a quarrel.

Making correct choices is very much essential, so what happens if you stumble in few places? You will learn your lessons and improve in the art of decision making.

You know this word decision is a small word, but big empires have been built based on this small word, great leaders take decisions which have future repercussions which may affect people either in a good way or rather make it worse.

Taking right decisions is actually the key in maintaining and setting the tone especially in relationships. This is where it is important to keep one's mind as cool as cucumber. Any sort of turbulence in relationships would definitely hamper the environment at both personal and organizational levels of that individual. So, it is always advisable that one has to take some extra care when it comes to decisions related to maintaining relationships.

So please let your decision be free of common enemies which will disturb the process of decision making such as urgency, anger and emotional thinking and so on.

All the best we wish you a happy New Year in advance, let this New Year bring happiness and pleasure in your life.

Bose- The forgotten Hero.

Hello readers

Hope you are doing great.

One individual may die for an idea, but that idea will, after his death, incarnate itself in a thousand lives.
-Netaji Subhas Chandra Bose.

Heroes are born and cannot be made, that quote goes back a long way.

When we start talking about patriots your heart beats faster with pride and respect. When we listen or read the great risks these men had taken for a cause, we can  understand what a country really means to a person if it has been forcefully been taken away from him.

Let us talk about the freedom struggle of India have we realized the amount of courage these people had to fight a mighty force like the British. After reading a book called "What happened to Netaji" written by Anuj Dhar which gave us the spark to write about this great man.

Netaji Subhas Chandra Bose with Japanese army.

How many of us know that Netaji Bose was the first man to cross borders and meet great leaders like the Italian Ambassador, and Adolf Hitler himself for the only reason to get freedom to India.

He was the first Indian who traveled in a sub-marine popularly called as U-boat by the Germans, again all this for that one single cause getting freedom for India.

We should all watch this movie titled "Bose the forgotten hero" directed by Sri Sham Bengal, the true patriotism is very well captured in this movie.

Bose, what a great leader, a great motivator, a person who lived only for one cause that is freedom for Hindustan, but still as the taboo prevails in India all good people are not given the respect that they deserve and are dragged into controversies which they do not even know about.

Even though Netaji was not dragged into any controversy, his life was turned into a conspiracy by the so called "Congress" including M.K Gandhi and Nehru who were part of this.

The first scam happened at this time frame, as mentioned in the book "what happened to Netaji" written by Anuj Dhar.

What we read in the book was quite distributing, after the plane crash which supposed to have taken the life of Netaji there was an exchange of two Buddhist vessels
1.The ashes of Netaji and;
2. vessel containing the treasurers which included diamonds and gold bars of the Indian National Army (INA) which was the first modern army built by Netaji.

The Murthy brothers who were set to be close to Netaji became rich overnight.

Another page in the book says, Gandhi knew he was in Russia, he could have bought him back to India and give the respect he deserved,  but he would never do that for internal political reasons differences of opinion between Netaji and him.

Bose was one of the greatest and daring revolutionary of our time.According to us he would have been a rightful leader to guide India, he was a visionary who organised a modern army for the first time before we got independence, he was also a proactive negotiator who brought Asia and Europe  together to fight for us, isn't that great?

Well we can't change history, but we can start changing our attitude towards so called great leaders, and start following real leaders.

It is very unfortunate that its been 60 years since we got independence but still no one knows what happened to Bose or perhaps the known fact has been hidden from us, we have been mislead for all these years.

We are very glad the government of India has decided to declassify all the files related to Bose very soon which is a ray hope that may unveil the truth about this hero.It shall be the right of all the citizens to know the actual truth about such martyrs.

Thanks a lot for your time, have a great day ahead.

The Beauty of Test Cricket

Hello readers

Hope you all are doing great.

“Test cricket is like a main course, and always will be. The other versions are like starters and desserts. If you asked 10 cricketers, I wouldn’t be surprised if 8 say that test cricket is the top, and then comes the rest.”

  - Sachin Tendulkar

What a beautiful delivery that was, an out swinger inches past the outside edge. There are men all around the bat with 4 slips in place.

The typical words from the commentary box . In this particular format of the game of cricket men will be in complete whites which itself is a visual treat to watch. This is the test cricket which will be played for 5 days.

Test cricket is always the best cricket. Wherein, it will be a test of characters for the players. For one to really enjoy the beauty of the game of cricket he has to follow the test format regularly.

Sadly, test matches have had been tagged under the boring and dull 5 day cricket category, which is actually a myth. It is the most elegant format of the game which will always be. During the early days of cricket there was only one format and people would and had to follow that particular format without any option. As the game progressed there was a lot of innovation and the resultant is what we have today the ODIs and the most loved by all the T20s.

So, has the innovation in the game hampered the charm of the test cricket? It is a yes to a large extent, because many game lovers now have started to think that the T20s are very entertaining and fast format of the game and have shifted their love from the tests to the modern format barring a few true game lovers. We are not against the modern day cricket scenario but are a bit concerned about the test cricket and its perception by the young.

There are loads of takeaways from this format of the game. Sheer entertainment is not only the reason why one should watch the test cricket. You actually can learn a lot from the test format. How to play at given situation, controlling of nerves and more. It really isn't a cake walk for the players. A lot of dedication and sacrifice is needed.

Patience is the key facet what one can take away from the test cricket. It needs a deep understanding of the game. Right from the toss till the end of the days play on day 5 of the match, it will be a true test for the players.

Test cricket is an 5 day adventure where the tables can turn at any time in this the 5 day window.

It should be a guiding light to all those youngsters who want to make cricket as their career because it is the purist form cricket.

It was considered like an examination of the true potential of a player who would newly join the team.

Test cricket is how cricket started so obviously we ask need to enjoy it and grow this format of the game to a new level.

Thanks for your time

Intolerance.

Hello readers

Hope you all are doing great.

So when you spot violence, or bigotry, or intolerance or fear or just garden-variety misogyny, hatred or ignorance, just look it in the eye and think, 'The good outnumber you, and we always will.'
-Patton Oswalt.

From past one week there is this buzz (intolerance) going around everywhere in our country. We are not getting into the details of what exactly is that buzz because it has already done so much of talking.

At first, let us understand what does intolerance mean? The word intolerance is derived from a Latin word in- meaning “not” and tolerantem meaning "to bear, endure.” It is an unwillingness to recognize and respect differences in opinions or beliefs.

So the buzz we are talking about, it started after the recent beef episodes in India which we are sure most of you are aware, we agree what happened was unfortunate and should not have happened.

But soon this issue shifted from page to page and from one topic to another and now has become page one media speak up in all forms.

Let us analyse are we the people of India intolerant? We have almost every faith in this world followed here and Indian constitution has given the freedom to practise your tradition and custom without asking many questions about it.

We are not to trying to quote that this whole thing is a media TRP winner.Defintely not but, we can tell that we do not know the whole story and we are just believing what the media says.

Have we ever thought about any possible proof for what is being telecasted in the prime time in media channel for that matter, we just sip our cup of coffee and enjoy the news and mind our own business there is another trend in the town which is discussed about what happened in the primetime yesterday and just forget about it the next morning.

We must also accept that even the news channels or the media as it is called holistically is a business. So the better you present the better you sell your news.

The speeches.

We would like to share a great person’s speech which happened way back in 1893, we all consider him as our guru and we admire him for his determination and purity Swami Vivekananda, yes he was the man who could see way ahead of time.

In a rare audio clip which we listened which was his speech in the world’s parliament of religions which happened in Chicago, We were amazed how his speech is matching this current discussion of tolerance and intolerance, he actually describes India as the mother of all religions and the most tolerant place in this earth which gave shelter to millions of Israelites' after their capital was taken over by the Romans.

He mentioned about fanaticism and the artificial intolerance waves that were created and would be created in future and he confirms these are the true enemies of people who depend in freedom.

Imagine when this great man faced these problems at that point of time; fronting the same problem now is very logical and natural.

Regarding this topic just two days back we listened to our defence minister Manohar Parrikar talking about this sensitive issue he says “here no one has to be blamed situation is the villain” and he also suggested some very good points he says that we must decide what media should telecast and not we seeing what they show. So based on the user ratings a news item is prepared and repeatedly re- telecasted that we all know.

We agree that some corners of the governing bodies are responsible for these debates and doubts to raise which is caused due to their unprofessional views and acts but we as citizens instead moving with the flow should evaluate the situation and stop spreading this mindless fire.

“Vasudeva Kutumbakam” is the slogan in the scriptures where we consider this whole world as a family that was the maturity that existed in India.

Let us be tolerant as how we were all these years and start thinking prospectively and lead a productive life.

Thanks for your time have a nice day.

Why not India?

Hello readers

Hope you all are doing great.

Some people never contribute anything positive to society, they may even drain our resources, but most of us try to do something better, to give back.
-Martin Yan

India  is one of the most populated places in the world, there are also great minds in India who can be productive and make India a better place to stay and change that status of  developing country to developed country, but still we have  not reached there why? Let us discuss some reasons.

There is always a strong motive for many Indians that settling abroad is an accomplishment or attaining highest self-satisfaction. What makes them  think like that? In some families when a baby is born, the first thing that baby will be imparted is “you have to move out of this country and settle in the US or UK”. We have become so much addictive towards the whims and fancies that those countries have got to offer. We are not against anybody or any country, we have to know the whole world and we have to travel extensively to improve ourselves. Flying abroad for a higher education is also fine. This will give us more opportunities to explore strengths within us and gives us good exposure.

India is changing. Things are not same as they were 50 years back. Many quality institutions are coming up in India. But still we are lacking some opportunities
. India is said to be the lowest paid country in Asia. This could be the prime reason why people tend to fly abroad.

It is said that as many as 12% scientists and 38% doctors in the US are Indians, and in NASA, 36% or almost 4 out of 10 scientists are Indians (TOI 2008).

Even though we say India is not the same and it has changed from what it was 50 years back, we still see some short comings that people consider as not favourable to be here in terms of getting the degrees and also a potential place to work.

The reasons are  clear when you see USA or any other country in the world which is famous for its universities they have a welcoming attitude towards new thought and seriously even a senior professor in Berkeley is ready to learn from a new student who has just finished his/her induction, there are only few people in India who have this attitude that is what makes the difference we in India are still following the old methods of teaching and also our resistance to change and bureaucracy at our Government institutions and colleges are the most demotivating factors we could think of.

The Loss.

Do we lose anything at all if this continues of course, we lose a big deal our brainy Indians just put in their efforts in Silicon valley tycoons like Google, Facebook, cisco and in research organizations like NASA.So our country loses them who have invested their intellect to build beautiful products. We are not possessive here if a person has a great intellect it is very important he should help the world with his talent, but we see an imbalance where India is losing its brainy people, due to its own mistakes.

We congratulate the team of scientists who worked for the Mangalyan team which is seen as one of the greatest milestones in the field of Indian astronomy, that was possible only because this group of smart individuals dedicated to do it for our country.

We appeal to our government and also the people to take wise decisions and please think about the cognitive impact on the nation and then take a decision.

Let us hope for a better India with brainy people around, who will help India deal with her problems and get the best solution for the same.

Don't blame Bengaluru.

Hello readers

Hope you are doing great.

I was in Bangalore the silicon valley of India, when I realized the world is flat.

-Thomas Friedman.

So, it is a time to bring out our jackets strolls and those thick bed-sheets out, Yes the winter is here.Winters are cozy in Bengaluru, but still this city  is losing its charm. If we think about some reasons, Some things would definitely just strike our brains like the increasing garbage problems, the vehicular population, the flooding problems during rains and the infamous and the most dangerous foam waters flowing on to the roads.

Well what is our immediate reaction, it is that grim disappointed face you put on and stare at the television and you see some politician talk, you quickly change the channel as you think these guys are just useless and not doing anything for the city, and bring that old charm back.

OK, now let us talk about some questions why is there an increase in the vehicles in Bengaluru which reminds you that visit to Delhi, why do you feel choked and hesitant when your friend calls you to his/her house which is considerably far from your house.

The reason is you feel fatigued by just waiting on the roads for hours together and do nothing.

Now why is there an unrest in all of us and there begins the blame game.

Everybody wants Bengaluru for some reasons. This city provides numerous opportunities for the aspirants who want to build a Prospective career. There are millions of people who come to this city for a dedicated purpose, which is appreciated. But show no respect towards this city which is providing endless opportunities for these people.

It’s just a blame game what people usually do here. This is very saddening. Traffic, pollution, garbage issues etc. These are the routine and household dialogues what we use on a daily basis in this city. Our intention has to be pure when we are residing at a particular place it shall be our duty to respect and protect that particular place. But when it comes to Bengaluru Its been taken for granted. Its been used to the maximum possible extent without any concern.

When people travel from all parts of the world to Bengaluru definitely we have to face problems which are elementary. Instead of blaming or grumbling about the issues- solutions have to be found out. The maximum capacity of this city to hold vehicles is about a lakh. This was when the city was being carved. But later the city saw a drastic change within no time it developed much quicker. The growth was anticipated earlier where a proper planning could have been done. Since things have gone too far, we have to act quickly to save this charming city.

Bengaluru is now considered as a mini world, where you get to see people from all around the world.

When we think of solutions, we came up with some like :
Why is Bengaluru considered as the only major IT hub? which leads to so many complicated problems and traffic congestion why not divide these IT hubs to different states in India and maintain a balance so that we can reduce the floating population.

From the Government aspect: We agree that Bengaluru city is the capital and it should hold all the functional and productive aspects of our state, but should there not be some respective departments which work on their own in their home towns, this will help the people of these smaller districts and villages getting their things done in their own places and avoid  travelling here each time which is not so wise.

The people aspect:Finally it all comes to us as we are the people who live here each day, as we clean our homes we have to take initiatives and give a helping hand to solve civic problems instead of blaming the city for the way it has changed.

Thanks for your time, have a nice day.

Network.

Hello readers

Hope you are doing great.

An invincible determination can accomplish almost anything and in this lies the great distinction between great men and little men.

-Thomas Fuller.

Communication is one of the key factors for survival of any being on this planet. In fact everything starts and ends with some type of communication.

Next to communication is this word, we all have discussed about this often which is "network".

We were first taught about this word in school, when we were studying gene theory, our teachers had told us how a spider builds its nest which is known as the world first closed ,balanced network, well nature has its own wonders.

We humans also build webs, yes we mean through our network of networks which is popularly called as internet.

Even though we are living in era of virtual networks we still need some solid networks to lead our lives.

We must all make a legitimate attempt to build a network Which is not happening these days.

There are situations where you just don't know what to do suddenly, that is the time you searched for your neighbor's phone number. Actually if the person who wanted help maintained a good network he could have got this help more easily.

How often do we care about our surroundings and strive forward to make it a better to live in. Here the importance of good contacts comes in (networking). From dawn till dusk every day we only concentrate on the well being of our family well, that is the most primary and a must thing that every individual wishes for. But there is always something beyond family i.e. our surroundings.

Establishing a good rapport with localities key people is very essential. It’s not that every time you need a support of a powerful person for doing something good for the society. But it is always better if you have the support.

We all can become problem solving  centers which starts from our own homes and area we feel if we team up with good leads we can make the place we live and our surroundings a better place.

There is a modern saying which is quoted by most of the successful people which says “It’s all converting your phone contacts into a network” we feel that is the wisdom we need to follow.

Thanks a lot for your time, have a nice day ahead.

The Whirlpool.

Hello readers

Hope you are doing well.

Problems are not stop signs, they are guidelines.

-Robert H. Schuller.

We all come across problems in life and we know how to solve them, but there are problems which are still yet to be solved and actually do not have solutions for them, and you are just waiting for a  miracle to happen.

Speaking about these weird or exceptional issues, they are of course created by some people around you or sometimes yourself, because of various reasons like: you did know what you were doing, but did it for a friend and now you are framed! Or you have been constantly pressurised by one of your family member or your relative to do something in life which you do not wish to, so this friction continues throughout your life.

When we further try to discuss about the causes we end up in this wormhole kind of situation, we feel in most of the cases we will be victims to someone’s mistake or the sadistic attitude of that person, as a result of which you suffer!

There are certain instances where the problems cannot be explained through mere words. The victim himself will not know the root cause of his/her problem. However, the outsiders will not be in a position to understand the problem because the surface level will not appear like a problem but these are somewhat, a very unusual kind of ruses. In this kind of situation the victim’s life will be between the devil and the deep blue sea.

The creator of these kinds of unexplainable and unusual problems will be the most beneficial sadistically since, he/she will be gaining pleasure without shelling out a single penny. In this, the role of the problem creator is, having an unjustifiable and mystical controlling over the victim's life. There will be an unnecessary and an imaginary maze that will be built around the victim’s life, and his peace will be lost.

The solution for these kinds of problems could be found when the creator of the problem has satisfied his/her sadist needs and will let free that individual from the mystical trap or there has to be a miracle.

We do agree that in life we all undergo phases, and in these phases we come across lots of problems among those there will be some which will haunt us for a long time.

We all need spiritual help to come out of these problems, we pray that all those people who are stuck in these infinite loops come out of it.

All the best and thanks for your time.

The Curtain.

Hello readers

Hope you all are doing great.

Bad things happen. And the human brain is especially adept at making sure that we keep track of these events. This is an adaptive mechanism important for survival.

 -David Perlmutter

Every individual in this world behaves differently in their public and private life. It is said that both have to be dealt differently to avoid conflicts, true but what exactly  triggers him/her to behave in a particular manner in that particular situation? We all are like liquids which can take the shape of any container the same way we somehow  knowingly or unknowingly adapt to the situations that get to your feet.

When we reach a specific age we start  behaving  in a different manner, we start to differentiate what should be our behaviour in our public and private life.

So when we talk about this trigger,  it comes so naturally to all and which is practically involuntary , but we behave in the particular manner in every place we  visit and throughout our life and, further adding to the amazement  not only we are mentally prepared when we visit that place, but there will be a sequence of physical changes which our bodies undergo, for instance if you are writing an exam at 10 am, the adrenaline kicks in increasing the pace of the heart and lungs for a better supply of oxygen to the brain so that we get good thoughts, so your behaviour is justified both internally as well as externally.

Our brain develops this art of adjusting when we are with known and unknown people, with family away from family and at work.

Behaviour as we know is most commonly called in psychology as response to external stimulus but, can this behaviour be faked by a person? We know the answer and every time a person fakes his behaviour we either frown at him or we will talk about him later saying “hmmm what a fake” our brain is very smart in judging this fake behaviour.

Actually we must all behave in the required manner at a given situation, personality or the qualities of person like judgement and decision making must be always the same and should never follow a crowd and change accordingly.

Innocent people can actually be embittered easily by this. There could be a breach of trust by the person who is faking out his/her behaviour. This is the negative side of the behaviour of an individual. To gain something from  others usually an individual changes his or her  normal behaviour and falsify it. For example a guy who likes a particular girl at the first sight and wants her on his bed somehow at any cost. For this, the guy changes his normal behaviour and tends to flirt with the girl. In this situation there is a desperation shown by the guy for that girl. The innocent girl could fall prey for that guy.

This type of behaviour of falsifying is seen in many other contexts also. You can get short term success in this faked behaviour but, in the long run things would take an ugly turn.

The task of maintaining  a similar behaviour and attitude in private and public life  is a very challenging task because it requires a lot of character and a rock stable mind . And his or her mind should be as fresh as dew.

So, there has to be a curtain between  private and public life of an individual which has to dealt with utmost care. It is left to him how true will he be to his own conscious.

Thanks for your time.

In the name of food.

Hello readers

Hope you all are doing great.

Food is our common ground, a universal experience.
 -James Beard

Our country is marching forward towards progress. Whose country is it anyway? The progress of our nation is entirely dependent on us. We have to be grateful because India is getting recognized globally.

Our Prime Minister is bringing in some very good reforms. When something is flowing smoothly we should not tamper it, if we do so then there will be ruckus.

There are many dreadful problems which have to be addressed in our nation. Women are still not feeling safe. Heinous crimes are still being committed against women such as rape, honour killing, kidnapping etc., and many other crimes which are hampering the country’s progress.

Is it not our duty and responsibility to try and prevent these crimes? Don’t we want our nation to be the best in the world? Then why are giving room for those people who are unnecessarily creating problems which are actually not problems or issues that needs great emphasis.

We all are aware of beef ban issue in our country. There was a huge hue and cry in the nation about this issue of meat ban. There were both for and against for this issue. We are not going into the details of this topic.

Our argument is why this had to be made such a big matter? Was it needed? When the tone is being set for the progress we should not tamper with these types of issues which create additional problems on top of the existing ones.

It is not fair though to ban culling of animals only during the festive seasons. If we really are true animal lovers then we have to be compassionate towards them at all times.

From time immemorial humans have consumed meat irrespective of any community, at the later stages when we considered ourselves more civilized we started following our own food habits, of vegetarianism, veganism or being a non-vegeterian, so basically this also depends on the region the person is coming from in India.

We strongly condemn the killing of people for this issue of eating beef which is all highlighted in media in the past week, if you are talking about a country which is progressing; networking and growth, this type of issues just become a barrier to the growth.

Let us follow democracy  more purely and make the flag of India flutter high and stop agitating on these types of meager issues and concentrate more on developing the nation to a much higher extent by joining hands with the Government.

Thanks for your time.

Indian Police Force- 2

Hello readers

Hope you all are doing great.

Understand, our police officers put their lives on the line for us every single day. They've got a tough job to do to maintain public safety and hold accountable those who break the law.

-Barack Obama.

There are certain services in this world which are totally selfless and the people involved in these services think and see things differently.

We are today continuing our discussion on the Indian Police force which we had written about six months ago, so we are starting from where we stopped.

Who is going to give protection to the protectors? Recently a PSI was stabbed to death by thieves in broad day light in Bengaluru rural. It is not the first time that a police officer being killed by the criminals during an investigation in India. Is it not an issue that needs to be addressed immediately by the Government? It can be understood that such incidents can’t be stopped fully but why can’t aggressive preventive measures be taken?

Without the police it is just impossible to lead a secure life in the current day scenario. The police are just needed for everything. Right from giving security to the VVIPs to giving security to the common people, but when the protector himself is put in trouble, who will raise the voice against it.

We as citizen’s stage protests and strikes against many issues that trouble us, these issues can either be the simplest of issues or complex issues like agitation against petrol hike and so on. But we haven’t heard much about police going on strike, have we? When we goggled this, we could find a handful of incidents like the 1979 police union strike and there was another strike in 2005 similar to that.

Doctors', labour unions, transport unions which are all service based professions all get their demands when they sit for strikes, but the police who are the protectors of the citizens are the silent warriors who just pull themselves together and serve uncompromisingly.

We all want police protection for all the important events that happens in our towns, all the VIP’s need them for protection, but when some injustice happens to them there is not even a single soul who would come forward to raise his voice about the injustice, the grieving families are given a monetary compensation, it is shown as news item in the Indian media and there ends the matter, and most of the citizens are not even aware of the incident is not unfortunate?

Police are meant to protect the civil rights of citizens, but these men don’t think about their own rights, their lives and family, hats off to these great souls.

The Government of India observes 'Police martyrs day' each year, but we feel these heroes have to be remembered each day and every citizen has to be thankful to them for their invaluable service and the ideal way to thank them is to support them when it is most needed, the youth have to encouraged to become a part of this force.

Instead of political interference in police operations there has to be political support is needed.

We conclude this blog by leaving this discussion open for our readers to comment on how best can the police be empowered.

Thanks for your time

The mask.

Hi readers

Hope you are  doing well.

Attitude is a little thing, that makes a big  differences.

- Winston Churchill.

Every seven  minutes a new person is born in this world and that person will carry a story behind him or her, the story is all about people how they react to other people around him.

The main reason why people react to situations in the way they like to? and if you observe  there will be a specific framework  or pattern in which they react and that is when we all quote this word, that is attitude, and its relation with behaviour.

So attitude is a simple concept we have a specific way of thinking when we are exposed to a situation, for example if we take a case of  three people, where suddenly it starts raining when they are walking. The first person A may react with happiness and enjoy the rain and get drenched in it, B may run to shelter C  opens his umbrella.

So A is a man with a jovial attitude who enjoyed rain, at the same time B has a recessive attitude and C a protective attitude.

The main concept is that there is always an inter-relation between these attitudes and its linkage behaviour as these methods of thinking in a particular direction are linked to actions which the person carries and we all it his or her behaviour.

Each individual will be possessing different types of attitudes.  These attitudes will affect the behaviour of the individual. There are few people who will have a dire changing all throughout their life. Where, a person who was an introvert in his younger days would become an extrovert as the age progresses and vice versa. We hardly come across people who will have an unchanged attitude throughout their lives. For example conduct a small experiment of inviting people for a booze party, do this among your friends and as well as strangers and the results that you would get from this experiments would be bewildering.

There are many people who would possess pleasing attitude. This could go to any possible extent. So, what exactly is making an individual to please someone? The real attitude emanates from a person while pleasing someone. This could have both bad and as well as good intention. This usually happens in dating and relationships where the girl is often the victim of both bad and good intentions of a boy.
If we continue with the above example the boy if he seriously has a feeling towards the girl he loves his attitude deep inside would not allow him to flirt with her, rather he would comfort her and would definitely show some signs of maturity, on the other hand a person who just has an attitude to flirt with the girl shows artificial courtesy which is not even required.

Why is there a need to wear numerous masks each day, and hide his or her inner real attitude?

Is it not a sad state where we just wear masks and forget his or her  own attitude.

Its very important to maintain a good attitude it  helps a country to progress in a positive direction , negative attitudes instigates peace destruction and harmony in the country.

All the best

A point of no return.

Hello readers

Hope you are doing great.

The assisted dying law would  not result in more people dying but, fewer people suffering.

The world has grown far and wide over the years and so are the population of people from different cultures.

Even though we can see some countries in the world which are ultra-modern and matured, we see even to this date we are being constantly attacked by viruses and bacteria.

The modern medicine is actually very advanced and has powerful drugs that can kill even the world’s dreadful diseases, we should be grateful to the scientists who experiment these drugs.

But even after we talk about all these medical advancements, there are cases where people do not respond to any medicine or treatment!

These cases we are referring to are victims of deadly accidents which has caused them  an irreversible head injury, a fire accident because of which a person went into shock and has not recovered for years together or even some extreme cases where a baby is born brain dead but is just kept alive because they see a  lateral growth in the patient.

When all the alternatives close, the family who is taking care of the patient, gradually understand the doors of all hopes are now being closed.

This is actually a very difficult situation for the family who see their dear one struggling to live and is just living with help of a heart lung machine.

When a person has reached this point or popularly called in medicine as the vegetative state or an euthanasia, actually what is the right thing to do?

Why can't the Doctors make that particular patient sleep forever which would give the patient the ultimate peace? This may seem a bit harsh and inhuman. But when it reaches a particular point and
There is absolutely no way to cure that patient from the sufferings, euthanasia is the only next option that is available.

The people around that patient will also have some sort of peace where the suffering will come to an end. This will not only save a lot of money spent on the medical expenses but also it gives them absolute freedom.

There are some cases of miracles happening where the patient is cured from the deadliest diseases. These will even astonish the doctors.

You may be wondering suddenly from nowhere what are talking about miracles? The simple reason is that, suppose the family agrees for a natural euthanasia without putting the patient to sleep by administering drugs, just allow him to start his heavenly journey in a natural way, his subconscious mind may wake up and he may be a cured man the next day, because the subconscious mind has infinite intelligence to solve any problem or ailment in this world.

In this blog we are not promoting mercy killing, but it is our concern for the patient and his/her family.

This extreme step should be taken when the doctors feel that the case has to an end and there will be no cure.

We leave it there with an open discussion, we feel we should do the right thing that is correct medically logically and emotionally.

Thanks for your time have a great weekend ahead.
